The magnificent old villa is situated on a pristine white beach where conditions for swimming and sunbathing are perfect. Trails under the ancient melkbos trees (unique to this part of the Cape) lead to a variety of shops and restaurants. We are within walking distance from the yacht harbour, from where daily deepsea fishing, whale and shark watching and diving, seal watching and sunset cruises depart. The exquisitely furnished villa offers unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, Table Mountain and numerous mountain ranges.The three en suite bedrooms have either sea or mountain views. The gourmet kitchen with seperate laundry-scullery offers a breathtaking view, similar to the lounge/dining area and 150 square metre patio, which creates the illusion of cantilevering over the sea. The house is beautifully furnished with unique antique pieces to compliment the comfortable lounge/dining room furniture. The specially designed art deco dining room table seats eight people comfortably.
