MARIS STELLA-Prime Position Self-catering Holiday Accommodation on 137 Beach Road, Gordon's Bay (50 km outside Cape Town) South Africa.

We provide outstanding value for the many features offered. This self catering home includes: 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 adults ), 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, TV room (incl VCR and DVD), automatic washing machine, rotary washline, garden braai (barbecue) with table and benches,
magnificent views of the bay and Helderberg mountains from the large covered verandah and dining room, terraced garden, security alarm, telephone service
etc.

There are wall panel heaters in each bedroom and the TV room plus a moveable oil heater in the lounge for those cold winter nights.

The house is right on Beach Road only 100 metres from the beach. There are 2 lovely small, almost "private" beaches within 100 metres of the house.

NOTE: Preference is given to longer bookings- a minimum of 14 days booking over Christmas/New Year in Dec/Jan; in the Peak & High seasons and during
all school holidays we will normally not confirm short stays of less than 4 days until one week before the time unless they happen to fall within a short opening between longer bookings.

In the Mid and Low seasons we will confirm shorter bookings well in advance.

The minimum stay at any time is 2 days. We do not let out the house for only one day or for special celebrations/parties attended by more than the maximum of 6 people in total.

PRICES FOR 2011 & 2012:

High Season (Nov to mid- Dec,mid-Jan to mid -March, Easter weekend) R550 per day,
Peak Season (mid-Dec to Mid-Jan) R800 day.
Mid Season (Sept to Oct ;mid-March to end April except Easter weekend) R450 day, [Note: These prices are for up to 4 (four) people using 2 bedrooms
only]
Low season (May to August) R350 day, [for up to 4 people using 2 bedrooms only]

Winter School Holidays R400 day [for up to 4 people using 2 bedrooms only]
N.B. LOW & MID-SEASON SURCHARGE - R50 per extra person per day if more than 4 people .
NOTE: Maximum number allowed is 6 persons INCLUDING children.
BOOKING DEPOSIT: A 50% advance deposit is required to confirm bookings. Balance payable on or before arrival.
DATES WHICH ARE ALREADY BOOKED:
Please note that the house is already fully booked from 12 December 2012 until mid-March 2013, so is only available for dates BEFORE and AFTER those dates.
