This beautiful non smoking garden apartment would serve as a great place to stay for any couple, small family or group of friends (up to 4 adults). It is set in a tiered garden with lapa and sun bathing area, and has its own private entrance. Parking is also available. Apartment Details:- Bedroom – has twin beds which can be converted to a king-size if required, a cot is available on request. Lounge – equipped with a DSTV, sofa bed that sleeps 2. Bathroom – full size bath and large separate shower Kitchen/Dining Room – microwave, fridge, small oven, dining table and chairs Garden and Patio Area – braai (bbq), sunbathing area (with sun beds), outdoor eating area under the lapa, 3 folding chairs are available in the apartment to use outside Rates:- R400 per night (this is for 2 adults, with a minimum of 2 nights stay) Supplementary costs:- Extra Adult R150 per night Children under 5 R50 per night Children aged 5-12 years old R75 per night Children aged 12-16 years old R100 per night Discounted weekly and/or monthly rates are available on request. Please note there is a 10% booking fee required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your total at the end of your stay. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by credit cards at this point. For cancellations, the booking fee will be returned if you cancel 7 days or more before your arrival date. Information:- A complimentary welcome pack including various teas, coffee, milk, sugar, fruit juice, and a bottle of wine will be waiting for you on your arrival. Information regarding popular tourist attractions, as well as local information on Gordons Bay including where to dine and emergency services such as doctors/dentists etc is also available within the welcome pack folder. All bed linen and towels, including beach towels are provided and laundered on a weekly basis. If you wish to do your own laundry, facilities are available in the village. The apartment is serviced weekly; however if you require it to be serviced more often there is a charge of R150 per day. Ken and Lesley have numerous books and maps on walking trails, wineries of the Western Cape and can also organise sailing and fishing trips amongst other activities so please don’t hesitate to ask about this during your stay. Wifi is available at the local internet cafe on the beach front road, as well as at various other locations in and around the area, ask Ken or Lesley for more details during your stay.
