‘By die See Beach House’, 128 Beach Road, is one of Gordon’s Bay’s original holiday houses, built in the 1940’s, situated on Beach Road, one of only 4 properties with direct access to Sunnyside Beach and Pat’s Pool.Sit on the spacious wooden deck, or indoors on the sunny enclosed verandah and enjoy spectacular views right across False Bay to Simon’s Town and Table Mountain, Somerset West and Strand, framed by the majestic Helderberg mountain range in the background.The house consists of a spacious open plan lounge and dining area, leading to a fully equipped kitchen.The main bedroom with queen-size bed has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower.A spacious second bedroom with a double bed and third room with two single beds.Down the passage is a bathroom with bath and shower with a separate toilet next to it.At the back of the house you have a laundry with W/M and T/D, and extra bedroom with 2 juvenile beds.As this is a large plot, lots of secure off-street parking is available.All linen and towels provided, bring your own beach towels.A portable braai trolley is available.The house is not serviced.
